Can I try a lesson before paying for one?
Yes! We encourage every student to start with a Free Consultation to ask questions and experience one-on-one coaching.
How do I know which plan to pick?
After your consultation, your Spanish Coach will recommend a plan based on your goals. Most students take 3 lessons per week.
What are Quarterly Plans?
Quarterly plans allow you to book up to 12 weeks in advance and secure your preferred schedule.
How long is each lesson?
Each lesson is 55 minutes, taught one-on-one by a bilingual Spanish Coach.
Where do I purchase and schedule my lessons?
All scheduling and payments are managed inside your Student Portal.
How do I cancel or reschedule a lesson?
You can cancel or reschedule lessons anytime in your Student Portal, but changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Can I change my plan as I see fit?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime inside your Student Portal.
Will my credits expire if I don’t use them?
Yes, all credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Staying consistent is key to success!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Are there any fees for paying online?
No, Spanish55 covers all transaction fees.
I completed a payment, but it’s not showing in my bank statement.
Transactions should appear almost immediately. If not, contact success@spanish55.com.
I didn’t receive a payment confirmation email.
The Student Portal doesn’t send automatic confirmations, but you can download your receipt inside your portal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You must manually cancel inside your Student Portal:
1. Go to “Subscriptions” in the top menu
2. Select “My Subscription”
3. Click “Cancel recurring”
How do I ask for a refund?
Contact success@spanish55.com. Refunds are prorated based on lessons used and subscription discounts.
